We offer In Home or Office Service at an Hourly Rate or $79.00 an Hour. This Hourly Rate is much lower than our competitors (about half) and still offers you a substantial savings if you are not able to come to us! In the event that you require us to come to your Home or Office to fix a problem for you, we will of course do our best work possible in the fastest manner your Computers allow. We are Very respectful of your privacy; We will not Snoop your computer or make copies of your files, Like other companies making Headlines in the Media. We have quite a few companies that stand by us and trust our work 100% and we enjoy working with them when we are needed. We will give you a rough estimate of how long a job may take us; this is however based on a description of the problem at hand from you. Sometimes Services must be completed in our office, for instance to complete a full Virus, Spyware, Malware Scan, it generally takes 24 hours or even more depending on the amount/type of infection. There are also many other services that are very lengthy and are better suitable in our office. We do however understand that in most office environments and some home environments that this is sometimes just not feasible, so for this reason we offer Onsite or In Home/Office Service.

Our Standard In Home/Office Rate at $79 per hour with a One Hour Minimum and then $79 per every hour we run into thereafter. Billing starts at time of arrival, till the time we leave.

Applies to Free Pickup and Delivery, if we have to Disconnect and Reconnect your Computer, We ask that you have it ready for us to avoid this.

Cancellation Fee

In the Event You Need to Cancel Your appointment, please make sure to give us at least a 2 Hours Notice to avoid a Cancellation Fee. With Gas Prices these days we can't afford to be showing up for no reason.
